8:30am, Allenbrook Park Cleanup. It’s early, so bring a cup of hot java.
Once a quarter, some of us volunteered to walk around the Allenbrook Park and just pick up any cups and plastic bottles we might see.
There’s rarely anything there because the city actually does a pretty good job of keeping the park in good condition.
So, it’s really just a time to get to know some other neighbors who also enjoy just walking around the park and maybe—if there are any cups or plastic bottles, etc.—picking one or two of them up.
